I. The principles for the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC

2. Purpose and duration of personal data processing:
2.1 To respond to the User’s enquiry submitted in the contact form, via email, Live Chat or Live Call, the booking system or a telephone call. In the cases described above, we will process the User’s data in order to handle the enquiry or to process the complaint. In the case of an enquiry about an offer from Lingua Nova, data will be processed in order to respond to the enquiry about the offer and for further correspondence necessary to discuss or detail the offer. Personal data will be processed for the time necessary to handle the enquiry.
2.2 Marketing of Lingua Nova’s services on the basis of the User’s consent (written or verbal). Personal data will be processed until the consent to process personal data is withdrawn.
2.3. Recruitment and/or co-operation processes on the basis of the recruitment documents voluntarily sent by the User, such as: CV, motivation letter, references and other documents and information certifying the User’s qualifications necessary for the recruitment process for the offered and available job positions at Lingua Nova Sp. z o. o.;
2.4 User enrolment for webinars, training courses, courses, workshops and other events organised by Lingua Nova. Personal data is processed for the purpose of organising the enrolment and conducting the events. Personal data is processed until the event is completed.
2.5 Booking of Lingua Nova training rooms on the basis of the voluntarily submitted (or provided by telephone) data necessary for the booking. Your data will be processed for the organisation and execution of the rental service or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.

3 Recipients of personal data:
3.1 Employees of the data controller.
3.2. Service providers with whom Lingua Nova Sp. z o. o. cooperates on the basis of separate agreements, in particular entities such as: domain operators, IT service providers, online payment system providers, reservation system providers, SEO and SEM service providers, mailing service providers, e-learning providers and their authorised employees – to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the service commissioned to Lingua Nova.

The provision of data by the User is voluntary, but necessary for the processing of the enquiry or the provision of the service.

5. Your rights:
5.1 The right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, transfer.
5.2 The right to object to the personal data provided voluntarily, the right to withdraw consent to its processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
5.3 The right to object to the processing of data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling.
5.4 The right to withdraw your freely given consent to marketing of Lingua Nova’s services.
5.5 The right to restrict the processing of your data or to have it deleted altogether – ?the right to be forgotten?.
5.6 The right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
5.7 The declaration of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data requires its submission in writing or electronically to the following email address: iodo@linguanova.com.pl.

6 The website performs the functions of obtaining information about Users and their behaviour in the following ways:
6.1. By means of voluntary data and information submitted (and provided by telephone) by the User in the contact form, as well as by e-mail, Live Chat or Live Call, the booking system or telephone call.
6.2 By storing cookies on the User’s terminal equipment.
6.3 Through the collection of web server logs via home.pl.

II. Information on cookies.

1. The websites: www.linguanova.com.pl, www.agencjatlumaczen.com.pl, www.saleszkoleniowe.waw.pl, www.wyjazdyjezykowe.pl, www.dobrylingwista.pl use cookies. Consent to cookies does not imply that User’s data will be processed for marketing and sales purposes.

2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User’s terminal device and are intended for the use of the website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.

3. The administrator of the Website is the entity placing cookies on the User’s terminal device and gaining access to them.

4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
4.1 Creation of statistics which help to understand how the website User uses the websites, which allows to improve their structure and content.
4.2 Maintaining the session of the User (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each sub-page of the website.
4.3 Identifying the profile of the User in order to display him/her customised materials in advertising networks, in particular the Google network.

Session cookies? are temporary files which are stored on the User’s terminal device until they log out, leave the website or close the software (web browser). ?Permanent? cookies are stored on the User’s terminal device for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the User.

12 Cookies used by the Website are divided into:
1. essential:
a. pll_language – Stores information regarding the origin of the user
b. cookieconsent_status – stores cookie consent preferences
c. _GRECAPTCHA – Ensures protection against spam and the correct functioning of contact forms.

III. Server logs.

1. Information on certain user behaviour is subject to logging at the server layer. This data is used solely for the purpose of administering the website and to ensure that the hosting services provided are as efficient as possible.

2. Viewed resources are identified by URLs. In addition, the following may be recorded:
2.1. Time of arrival of the request.
2.2 Time of sending the response.
2.3 The name of the client station ? identification carried out by the http protocol.
2.4 Information about errors that occurred during the execution of the http transaction.
2.5 The URL address of the page previously visited by the User (referer link) ? in the event that the service was accessed via a link.
2.6 Information about the User’s browser.
2.7 IP address information.

3. The above data is not associated with specific visitors.

4. The above data is used only for the purpose of server administration.

IV. Data sharing.

1. Data are shared with external parties only within the limits of the law.

2. Personally identifiable information are shared only with the consent of the individual.

3. The administrator of the services may have an obligation to provide information collected by the services to authorised bodies on the basis of lawful requests, to the extent of the request.

V. Managing cookies – how to give and withdraw consent in practice?
