Certified translations are required for important court documents, official documents, as well as letters from foreign employers. Only then do translations have the force of law and are treated as official and reliable documents, so they must undoubtedly be produced by a licensed <a href=\"https:\/\/agencjatlumaczen.com.pl\/tlumacz-przysiegly\/\">certified translator<\/a> of English, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Dutch or other languages.<\/p>\n\n<p>We have been providing certified translation in our office since 1991. Similar provisions can be found in the Act on the Polish Language. Electronic translations are also possible. The documents must undoubtedly be authenticated with a stamp issued by the Minister of Justice or a <a href=\"https:\/\/agencjatlumaczen.com.pl\/aktualnosci\/podpis-elektroniczny-pod-tlumaczeniem-przysieglym-czy-zniszczy-tradycje\/\">qualified electronic signature for sworn translators<\/a>. Each translation performed by a certified translation agency must additionally be recorded in a translator&#8217;s file with a description of the service and source material, the dates on which the documents were received and returned, and the fee charged for the translation. Certified translations also include <a href=\"https:\/\/agencjatlumaczen.com.pl\/tlumaczenia-ustne\/\">interpreting<\/a>, such as speeches by participants in a general meeting of shareholders.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legislation<\/h2>\n\n<p>The provision of certified translations is subject to specific legal restrictions.
